Joshua Tree Highlands Artist Residency Solo Fellowship welcomes
Tim Gonchoroff, a multimedia artist from the Appalachian region of Virginia.
Gonchoroff is a Fulbright Research Fellow at the Tromsø Academy of Contemporary Art in Tromsø, Norway. He received his BA in art history from the College of William & Mary and an MFA in sculpture from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. His work examines the scope of our material culture and the effects it has on the natural world. He will be putting together a show during the last week of July.
