The Joshua Tree Clean Team cleaned up Turtle Island and surrounding areas including the post office field two weeks ago. Tomorrow they will tackle the Alta Loma and Sherwood area just east of the Friendly Hills Elementary School. Volunteers will meet at Alto Loma and Sherwood Wednesday, May 27 at 8:00 a.m. The volunteers can pick up the supplies which include trash bags, grabber sticks and gloves and branch off to any area they feel is in need of cleaning.
