Joshua Tree Art Gallery, “JTAG” will open “The Drawing Show” Saturday, June 10, with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. This is the gallery’s annual community show, which offers an opportunity for local artists to submit work. Cash awards and people’s choice awards will be given out the night of the opening. The exhibit will run through July 2 at JTAG “Your Cultural Out Post in the Desert” at 61607 29 Palms Highway in Downtown Joshua Tree. Regular hours are Saturday from 10-3, Sundays from 12-3 or by appointment at 760-366-3636.
