The Land Use Study Committee of the Morongo Basin Municipal Advisory Council will have a discussion with Jess Melin, the Project Director of Business Development for NextEra Energy Resources, regarding the solar project planned by the company at the site of the Joshua Tree Airport. The meeting will be held at the Building and Safety Offices at the County building at Whitefeather Road in Joshua Tree at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, and will be open to the public.
