The Joshua Basin Water District Board of Directors will meet in a special workshop session at 3 p.m. this afternoon. On the agenda is the beginning of a discussion on the fiscal 2018/2019 budget and implementation of the district’s capital improvement plan. Today’s meeting will take place at the Joshua Tree Community Center on Sunburst Avenue; the public is welcome to attend, as always.
