At tonight’s meeting of the Joshua Basin Water District, the board is expected to adopt standby charges for fiscal 2018/19 following a public hearing on the matter. Also up for board approval is the draft Hazard Mitigation Plan. And finally, directors will receive the proposed fiscal budget for information, and approval. Tonight’s meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at district offices on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
