At tonight’s special meeting the board will consider an agreement with the American Federation of State, County, & Municipal Employees. Directors will also likely approve a revised employer-employee organization relations resolution, also a new employee handbook, and a revised compensation plan for the management, supervisory, and confidential employees, and consider updating the agency’s office hours. Tonight’s 5:30 p.m. meeting takes place at district offices on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
