The Joshua Basin Water District will hold a special closed session meeting at 2 p.m. today in the district’s office on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree. On the agenda is the appointment of director Tom Floen to the Legislative and Public Information Committee, after which the board will discuss labor negotiations behind closed doors.
