The Joshua Basin Water District board will hold two special closed session meetings this week—one tonight, and one tomorrow night. Up for discussion is appointment of a new general manager. Both meetings will start at 5 p.m. and take place away from District offices at the Joshua Tree Community Center on Sunburst Avenue.
