Joshua Basin Water District has partnered with United Way of the Desert to help eligible residential customers who are having trouble paying their water bill. Here’s reporter Mike Lipsitz with more on the program…
“The Help2Others Program” offers customers a $50 credit on their water bill once in a 12-month period. Customers must reapply each year. Joshua Basin Water District ratepayers in search of assistance with their water bill may submit an application via email to [email protected], or by calling United Way of the Desert at 760-323-2731.
