At tonight’s meeting of the Joshua Basin Water District, the general manager will present an update on the Low-Income Assistance Program and, with board approval, initiate a one-year pilot program at a cost of $6,550. Also tonight, the board will receive for information and approval, the proposed 2018/2019 budget. Tonight’s meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at district offices on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
