At tonight’s meeting of the Joshua Basin Water District the board will consider a vendor contract to rehab well 14 which could run as much as $100,000, and tabled from last meeting is a vote on the purchase of three replacement fleet vehicles, and the hiring of a human resources/labor contract administrator and an executive assistant, along with updated job descriptions for both. Directors will also receive an update on the proposed NextEra Solar Project at the Joshua Tree airport site. Those items and others will follow public comments. Committee, staff and director’s reports come later. It all starts at 7 p.m. at district offices on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
