A review of the strategic plan, the general manager recruitment effort, and a discussion of proposed projects to be submitted for the updated Mojave Water Agency Integrated Regional Water Management Plan, top the agenda at tonight’s 7 p.m. meeting of the Joshua Basin Water District Board of Directors. It all happens at District offices on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
