Tonight, in Joshua Tree directors at the Joshua Basin Water District will consider awarding a contract for coding the district’s rules and regulations. Reporter Mike Lipsitz picks up the story from here …

Codification of the district’s many rules and regulations has been a long-time goal of district management; the impending retirement of district controller and assistant general manager Susan Greer makes the process more of a priority. At tonight’s 6:30 p.m. meeting the board will consider awarding roughly $14,000 to a contractor to get the job done. That item and others will follow public comments. Committee, staff and director’s reports come later. Tonight’s meeting takes place at district offices on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
