It looks to be a busy morning for the board and top management at the Joshua Basin Water District. Reporter Mike Lipsitz tells us what’s up…
The governing board for the Joshua Basin Water District will hold a special meeting today at 11 a.m. The lone item on this morning’s agenda is for the board to hear from outside consultants the final findings and recommendations following an exhaustive district-wide evaluation. The aim is that the information presented will help the District most effectively align its people, business processes, and technology investments with best industry practices. Expectations are that following the presentation, the board will direct the general manager to develop an implementation plan. Today’s meeting will be held at the Helen Gray Education Center on White Feather Road on the medical center campus in Joshua Tree.
