The Joshua Basin Water District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting Monday, August 25. The directors will hold a strategic planning meeting and adopt the 2014-15 budget. The special meeting will be held from 9 to 4 at the Helen Gray Education Center on the Hi-Desert Medical Center campus in Joshua Tree.
