At tonight’s meeting of the Joshua Basin Water District, the board will consider amending the district’s rules and regulations on excessive water use and the water account assistance program. Also tonight, directors are expected to authorize wet cleaning, inspection and spot coating of several reservoirs with costs not to exceed $20,000. Tonight’s meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at district offices on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
