At tonight’s 6:30 p.m. meeting of the Joshua Basin Water District, the board will consider appointing Dave Mistal to the Citizens Advisory Council, streamlining the district’s legal representation, requiring written landlord authorization in order to open new tenant accounts, and finally, the board is expected to set the 2019-2020 appropriation limit. Those items and others will follow public comments. Committee, staff and director’s reports come later. Tonight’s meeting takes place at district offices on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
