The Twentynine Palms Branch Library will host a celebration in honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday next week. Between February 27 and March 5, vote for your favorite Dr. Seuss book and earn tickets for an opportunity drawing with a special prize. The library will hold a Dr. Seuss-themed preschool story time Thursday, March 3, where children will enjoy several Dr. Seuss titles and create Dr. Seuss crafts. Then on Saturday, March 5, come into the library between 10 a.m. and noon to listen to superhero guest speakers read their favorite Dr. Seuss titles and participate in more fun activities. The winner of the opportunity drawing will be selected at noon on Saturday, March 5. Must be present to win.
