Fun and excitement are on the menu when Reach Out Morongo Basin celebrates 15 years of service. This special event will be held in the Friendship Hall at Joshua Tree Retreat Center from 5 to 9 p.m. on June 15. Tickets are $30 per person or $50 per couple. Reach Out was formed as an offshoot of the Twentynine Palms Ministerial Association and intended as an interfaith, volunteer, care-giving program to round out service gaps. Now serving the entire Basin with offices in Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley, each year Reach Out Morongo Basin logs over 10,000 hours of volunteer service, drives over 50,000 miles and serves almost 700 seniors. Get your tickets at the Twentynine Palms or Yucca Valley Chamber of Commerce, at the Reach Out offices in Yucca Valley or Twentynine Palms, at Art FX in Yucca Valley, or from any Reach Out Board Member.
