JOHNSON VALLEY MAN ACCUSED OF THREATENING TO SHOOT A MAN

A Johnson Valley man was arrested Saturday after he threatened to shoot a man. About 8:30 p.m. Saturday, a resident in the 48300 block of Saddle Rock Way in Johnson Valley saw that an unknown man, later identified as Clark Becker, 60, had parked in his driveway. The resident went to the car and told Becker he was on private property. The resident told deputies that Becker then said he had a gun and would shoot him. The victim retreated to his house and called 911. Deputies and Sheriff’s aviation responded and located Becker at the scene. Clark Becker was arrested for investigation of making criminal threats, and on six misdemeanor warrants, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with his total bail set at $175,000.
