Jillian Sandell’s Creative Cafe returns this Wednesday (3/11) at Joshua Tree Retreat Center

The Creative Cafe returns this week with a focus on making art from simple shapes. The Creative Cafe is a weekly drop-in art session hosted by local artist Jillian Sandell. This week, the focus is transforming circles, triangles, and squares into people and objects and then moving on to create our own drawings and designs by putting different shapes together.

The Creative Cafe is open to all ages and skill levels, and donations are accepted on a sliding scale. 

Wednesday’s session runs from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Food For Thought Cafe in the Joshua Tree Retreat Center. Reservations are not required but donations between $5 and $20 are suggested.
