Directors at the Hi-Desert Water District will receive 2025 standing committee appointments, review future agenda items, and adjourn to a closed session for real estate negotiations. Today’s meeting takes place at the district office on the highway at Inca Trail.
Down the highway in Joshua Tree, the Joshua Basin Water District board will take a last look at rate changes set to go in effect next month. Among other items the board will consider updating new meter connection fees to more closely align them with actual costs. That meeting takes place at the District Office on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
