JAMES WEBB GETS 26 YEARS TO LIFE FOR FATAL STABBING IN THE HOME DEPOT PARKING LOT

James Webb, the man convicted last month of stabbing a man to death in Yucca Valley nearly two years ago, was sentenced to 26 years to life in prison Monday. Webb, 36, killed John Rosin, 77, inside his RV while it was parked in the Home Depot parking lot in the early morning hours of August 28, 2014. Judge Rodney Cortez sentenced Webb to one year to life in prison for the murder, with an additional 25 years to life—to be served consecutively—for using a deadly weapon to commit the murder. Webb will serve his sentence at the state prison in Chino.
