Tomorrow, Saturday, May 20 from 1 to 3 p.m., herbalist and nutrition coach Charla Shamhart will offer a workshop “Iodine: Essential Nutrient for Life.” Those who have low energy or concerns about their thyroid health are encouraged to attend. Shamhart has worked with herbs and holistic health for over 40 years. The class will be held at Rainbow Stew, 55509 Twentynine Palms Highway, in Yucca Valley across from Dollar General.
