At the interactive Sonic Sensation; you will be able to perform experiments like testing your own hearing, making a movie soundtrack, conducting an invisible orchestra, sorting high and low pitches by hitting colored bells, and launching a billiard ball to show how sound hitting our eardrums send signals to our brain. If that’s not enough, you can always step into the always-popular Scream Chamber. The exhibit opens Thursday, May 23 at the Hi-Desert Nature Museum.
