A weekend long celebration of the art of solo performance theatre will be held at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center April 29 – May 1st. The first of what is hoped to become an annual event, the Joshua Tree Solo Festival will consist of 18 workshops, 2 full-length new solo shows, a staged reading of a new solo project and three desert salons featuring 10-15 minutes excepts from solo works involving a total of twenty different performers.
