INAUGURAL ROTARY “BATTLE OF THE BALL” BASKETBALL GAMES SET FOR JANUARY 8TH

Mark your calendar for the inauguration of a new Morongo Basin sports tradition, the Rotary “Battle of the Ball” basketball game between the Yucca Valley High School Trojans and the Twentynine Palms High School Wildcats. The “Battle of the Ball” is being sponsored by the four Morongo Basin Rotary Clubs at the spectacular Bell Center Gymnasium at Copper Mountain College in Joshua Tree. The games between both Boys and Girls Varsity and Junior Varsity are set for Tuesday, January 8. The games tip-off at 3 p.m. for Girls Junior Varsity, 4:30 p.m. for Boys Junior Varsity, 6 p.m. for Girls’ Varsity, and 7:30 p.m. for Boys’ Varsity. The Battle of the Ball will feature a snack bar during the games and exciting Halftime entertainment. Don’t miss the first ever “Battle of the Ball” basketball game, tickets will be available at the door.
