The “I Heart Myself” comedy improv workshop is all about playing, learning, and, of course, laughing. The workshop focuses on self-awareness through improv games, exercises, journaling, comedy, and much more. Learn to silence your inner critic, build trust, listen well, adapt to changes more easily, and to get comfortable thinking on your feet. The cost is $20 per person and takes place on Sunday, June 9, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Rainbow stew, located at 55509 Twentynine Palms highway in Yucca Valley.
