The “I Heart Myself” comedy improv workshop is all about playing, learning, and, of course, laughing. The workshop focuses on self-awareness through improv games, exercises, journaling, comedy, and much more. Learn to silence your inner critic, build trust, listen well, adapt to changes, and get comfortable thinking on your feet.
