Do you like to take your dog everywhere you go? Or maybe you like to collect souvenirs from everywhere you have been in your life. Sometimes you might be doing something you are not supposed to be doing in the National Park and you might not even realize it. I’ve spoken to Joshua Tree National Park Ranger, Pam Tripp about a few of the main rules in the national park and she said the rule people don’t like to follow the most in the park is that people like to take their dogs on hiking trails when you’re not supposed to. I’ve also asked her the three most important rules people should follow when hiking in the national park and she replied with “carry a lot of water, know your environment, and make sure somebody knows where you are hiking that day.
