Sheriff’s deputies busted an illegal gambling den in Yucca Valley Thursday. Just before 8 p.m., deputies from the Yucca Valley Multiple Enforcement Team served a search warrant at a store resembling a shoe repair shop in the Von’s shopping center.
Behind the front was an illegal gambling establishment. Deputies seized 19 computers and over $1000 in cash Shane Neuman, 49, was identified as the facilitator of the illegal gambling den and was arrested for on outstanding warrants and other charges, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, cited and released.
