IDENTITY THEFT INVESTIGATION RESULTS IN RECOVERY OF NUMEROUS PERSONAL ITEMS

Sheriff’s Deputy Sean Lenihan was conducting an identity theft investigation when he received information that led to a home in the 7000 block of Mohawk Trail in Yucca Valley. Deputies searched the home and recovered numerous victims’ personal information including Social Security cards, birth certificates, death certificates and tax returns. Trenton Bush, 38, was interviewed at the scene; Lenihan has forwarded the case to the District Attorney’s office for prosecution.
