The Morongo Basin Humane Society no-kill animal shelter will hold an adoption event Saturday, April 1, at ArtFx and Furnishings in Old Town Yucca Valley. Along with the adoption event will be a class demonstrating the use of stones and crystals to help pets. The adoption event is from noon to 4; the class is from 1 to 2 with a $20 fee.
