The Hi-Desert Medical Center Board of Directors holds the regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m. today. Highlights of the meeting include a resolution thanking Edward and Margaret Kenny for their contributions to the foundation, and naming of the hospital’s mammography suite in their honor. Also tonight, following the expected approval of items on the consent agenda, the board will consider approval of an amended and restated co-applicant agreement with the Hi-Desert Memorial Health Care District Community Health Center. Following that item and regular reports, the board will adjourn to closed session for a performance evaluation of CEO Bob Tyk and a discussion of strategic planning. It all happens at the Helen Gray Education Center on the hospital campus.
