The Hi-Desert Medical Center Board of Directors will hold a special meeting at 6:00 tonight to discuss a performance evaluation of its Chief Executive Officer Bob Tyk. The directors will then go into negotiations over the CEO’s salary. The meeting will be held in the Helen Gray Education Center board room on the hospital campus.
