The Hi-Desert Medical Center Board of Directors will hold a special meeting Thursday, February 5, starting at 6 p.m. On the agenda, the directors will hear a presentation from the chief executive officer of Desert HealthCare District. The board will then go into closed session to discuss trade secrets. The meeting will be held in the Helen Gray Education Center on the hospital campus in Joshua Tree.
