There’s hometown fun this Saturday at the 29 Palms Eagles Aerie. The Auxiliary is hosting a MAD HATTERS luncheon and awards competition to find the most beautiful, creative and funniest hats. Everyone is invited and encouraged to use their imagination to create the wildest hat to compete in this mad cap fund raiser. Whether you wear a hat or not come and enjoy this day of laughter and camaraderie. There will be prizes and raffles for many goodies, a donation luncheon. Make new friends and enjoy the day!
This is a fund raiser for the Eagles charities. This event is held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie on the highway west of Indian Cove with the huge eagle statue in front. Festivities start at 12 noon tomorrow, Saturday May 14. For more information, call Marli Peterson at 760-221-4073
