The Homestead Valley Community Council will hold its regular meeting 3 p.m. Monday, November 18 at the Yucca Mesa Community Center. The HVCC is a coalition of the community organizations of Yucca Mesa, Landers, Flamingo Heights and Johnson Valley. The Council will once again take up the issue of industrial solar fields and their effect on property values, and will urge the county supervisors to change the zoning guidelines in the County’s General Plan.
