The Homestead Valley Community Council will meet at 3 p.m. Monday, November 18, at the Flamingo Heights Community Center. County Supervisor Dawn Rowe plans to be at the meeting to answer your questions about short-term vacation rentals, code enforcement, and the county fire fee; as well as other desert issues. Representatives from State Senator Shannon Grove’s office, the Sheriff’s Department, County Fire, and CalFire are also scheduled to attend. The Flamingo Heights Community Center is located at 55977 Perris Road, behind La Copine restaurant.
