The Homestead Valley Community Council will discuss the construction of a cell phone tower near Highway 247, in a vista area that was photographed for the presentation of the highway to be designated a state scenic highway. These and other items will be on the agenda for Monday’s meeting of the community council at 3 p.m. at the Johnson Valley Community Center, 50567 Quailbush Road.
