The Homestead Valley Community Council will meet 3 p.m. Monday, November 16, at a new location—the Johnson Valley Community Center, at the corner of Larrea Road and Quailbush Road, about 1 1/4 miles south of Highway 247. The Homestead Valley Community Council brings the concerns of residents of Landers, Johnson Valley, Flamingo Heights, and Yucca Mesa to local, county, state, and federal officials.
