The Homestead Valley Community Council has added an additional speaker to its monthly meeting today. Representatives from the Combat Center will play a video and have hand-out materials for residents. Officials from the fire department and Sheriff’s station will also be at the meeting, set for 3 p.m. at the Flamingo Heights Community Center, behind La Copine Restaurant.
