The Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County will hold two free home energy education workshops Monday, May 23. The workshops about the Home Energy Assistance Program will be held at the Sportsman’s Club on Sunburst Avenue in Joshua Tree, and at the Reach Out Yucca Valley office, 7255 Joshua Lane, Suite C.
