HISTORICAL SOCIETY PLANS JOSHUA TREE ARCHITECTURAL TOUR

On Saturday, May 16th, the Morongo Basin Historical Society will be hosting a field trip titled “Joshua Tree Architectural Tour-Harrison House and Bonita Domes.” Join them as they meet at 10:30 am at the iconic Harrison House, where Eva Stoltes, founder of Harrison House Artist Recovery program, will discuss the life and legacy of composer Lou Harrison, and even allow you to test out the amazing acoustics by using your voice as an instrument. In addition, a short distance away is the very unique home, workshop, and vacation rental business of Gabe Wendling and Lisa Star.
