On Saturday, June 17, the Morongo Basin Historical Society will host a tour of the Mojave Desert Land Trust’s Native Plant Nursery and Seed Bank in Joshua Tree. This is a behind-the-scenes tour, led by the MDLT’s Madena Asbell, manager of the nursery and seed bank, to visit the greenhouse, seed lab and growing areas where they will learn about the seed collection and native plant production process at MDLT.
