High speed pursuit through Yucca Valley ends with arrest for suspected drug possession

A man was arrested for investigation into drugs after allegedly leading deputies on a pursuit through Yucca Valley. 

On Wednesday, November 26 at around 3:45 p.m., San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies say they attempted to stop a vehicle for code violations near Sage Avenue and Handley Road in Yucca Valley. Deputies say the driver, Frank Brown, a 43 year-old resident of Yucca Valley, did not pull over, and fled with disregard for public safety. Brown eventually pulled over and was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

Frank Brown was arrested for investigation into felony evading, possession of a controlled substance, and has been released on bail.
