Twentynine Palms High School Wildcats boys’ tennis team hosted Desert Mirage High School yesterday and defeated the Rams 11-7. Coach Larry Battle said team standouts were Number 1 doubles team Bradley Linkey and partner John Lanza, Number 2 double team Joshua Davis and partner Marcus Gray, winning all three sets.
In high school sports tomorrow, the Twentynine Palms High School Wildcat baseball and softball teams will travel away to Desert Mirage High School in Thermal. First pitch for both games is at 3:30.
The Yucca Valley High School Trojan baseball team will travel to Desert Hot Springs to play the Golden Eagles. The game starts at 3:30.
