Tuesday night, the Twentynine Palms High School girls’ varsity basketball team stayed undefeated in league with a 55-to-44 win over Big Bear High School. Coach Tim Stanford said Lindsey Scamman had 28 points, 15 rebounds, and four steals. Tatiyanna Mackall had 10 points and six rebounds, and Nokomis Cabrera had eight points and eight steals.
In high school sports today, the Twentynine Palms High School boys and girls basketball teams will travel away to Desert Hot Springs to play the Golden Eagles. Tip-off for the girls is at 6; the boys at 7:30.
