HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS

The Twentynine Palms High School girls’ varsity tennis teams hosted the Warriors of Patriot High School on Friday, May 14 for the second round of the CIF playoffs. The Ladycats lost 14-4.

In doubles action, Isabel Plummer/Emily Stuckey swept all three of their sets while the team of Mariah Banerjee/Madi Soster won one set.

Coach Bill Shay said, “The Ladycats had an excellent season and will start again in August, so if you have a future Ladycat who wants to play tennis next year contact me.”
